Silver Lining Majesty In-Bound!

So excited - After having my rosewood-neck Luke III for a couple of weeks and loving it, I just pulled the trigger on a Silver Lining Majesty from Sweetwater!

Should be here tomorrow (perk of living just one state away from them - Ft. Wayne, IN to Cincy, OH!)

I think it could very well be my dream guitar.

Well, FedEX did what they seem to be getting pretty good at and that is not delivering packages when they're supposed to! I was supposed to get this yesterday, but it never made it out of the Perrysburg, OH hub until this morning around 4:00 am...not enough time to get to Cincy AND get on a delivery truck, but luckily the Cincy hub is only about 10 minutes away from my office so I had them hold it and I went and picked her up at 8:00 am and tookt he rest of the day off!











Man, I thought my Rosewood Neck Luke III was nice (which of course it is!), but this Majesty is ridiculous! The most comfortable guitar I've ever played...great sounds from any pickup position...the Piezo is great by itself or blended in..

I'd say it's safe to say that I'm very happy with this acquisition!

Well, the Luke III is on it's way to a fellow board member and his Morse on it's way to me in a trade. The LIII is fantastic and I'll miss the sweet rosewood neck, but the wiring/switching of the Morse totally fits with my "guitar personality" and he was interested in the Luke so it was a great swap for both of us.

I did trade a not-mint PRS Mira & non-original case for a mint condition Silhouette Special with original case over the weekend though so I'll have three "new" EBMM's by the end of the week.
