Tweaked my knee something fierce; it's ridiculously cold; and I have to drive 30 miles to Dulles airport. Other than those, it's all good.

BP: I'd be doing some serious dancing if I ever managed to shoot 80.

Jimmy... Im upset that I sent you a PM yesterday and you havent responded yet! Seriously, I moved to South Carolina to escape the cold and harsh winters of Connecticut but somehow I ended up getting all my winter gear out of storage in the last week. Welcome to the South. JOSH

My new year resolution is to stop complaining because the way I figure it, I'm better off than 99.8% of the world's population no matter how bad I might think things are for me- Praise God!

Bad is all relative... BP complained about his bogey, but at least he could get a round in. We've had so much rain, one couldn't think about golf. I will complain a little about the sogginess in my yard due to the rain, only because it makes it hard on my 18 dogs. The yard is a mess, but...

The sun'll come out, tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar that, tomorrow
There'll be sun:)

Since people are complaining about necks and prices here lately, I figured I would jump on the band wagon, and give everyone else the opportunity to release some steam as well. My biggest complaint is that it has rained every week for December and January. The ground is like slop, and all the houses that had a New Years party have bad ruts and mud pits in their front yards. It makes the neighborhood look trashy. I'd also like to complain that today is my womans day to have control over the TV, which means reruns of lifetime shows, stupid MTV reality shows, and pure crap. I am now going to lock my self into my man cave an await the guys for band practice this afternoon. What is yalls complaints?

That I can't just make my Jets magically WIN the game automatically. So far so good...10-0 but it's still early in the game!

Oh, and I can't friggin' decide on which picture/pattern to put under my new clear pickguard for my SR4 HH.

TV sets always have an off button.
Television isn't life.

The way problems are solved is by thought.

My life is good although I probably don't have a job.

I can still play my music loud and proud as always.

Family health is all that can defeat me.

BP burned things shame on him.

Unless it was a pee call then I fully understand that. :D

Hey man, I just realized you PM'd me lol. Were recording at Charleston Sound over in Mt. Pleasant. We got a hell of deal with them, so were recording a 10 song full length album. We don't have as much time as I would like to spend on the recording, but it's enough time for us to get it done right. I start laying down my bass tracks January 16th, so I might take you up on that offer! Right now were practicing religiously to a metronome through the PA, and so far so good. I'm kinda hoping that I can get all my tracks done in about 3 hours to free up more time for the vocals and guitars, but thats all going to depend on how fast the engineer is lol. Their also going to do an in studio video of us and put our newest song In Vain to it, so having some extra EBMM eye candy in the video might be pretty cool! On that note we might be screwed now that I think about it. Since both me and the guitarist are using musicman instruments for this record, and it being winter, the fret sprouting might rip our hands apart since the necks are all unfinished:D Oh well, I guess I'll have bleed a little, a small sacrifice to pay for a great tone. Were also playing at Halligans January 23rd opening for Prologic 13. We've played a few shows with these guys, they're a really good band and great bunch of guys to hang out with so you should come out. The bass player plays a Warwick, but he wants a EBMM, so we can't fault him to much lol. Here's a pic of the console room at Charleston Sound, It's a pretty nice studio over there!

I bought a happy meal the other day.

It didn't look happy. In fact, it just sat there impassively.

Can't something be done about these things?

:DStop complaining about that. Isn't a little bleeding and ripping what Rock'n'Roll is all about. Even Danzig had no blood drenched necks ...;)

A while back, when I was playing in a different band in my hometown, I cut my left hand index finger to the bone with an exacto blade while building a model the day of a show. It was right beside the finger nail, so it was to close for the doctor to stitch up. They wrapped it up so much that it basically looked like I had a tampon for a finger. The show was a really big show, so I didn't cancel. I tried to play just my middle, ring, and pinky fingers, but somewhere in the set I started using my index finger. I didn't even realize I was doing it until I started wondering why my neck on my bass was so slick. The wrap had fallen off, and I was bleeding all over the fretboard. After the show, I wrapped my finger in toilet paper and duck tape. I had some pictures from that night, and they were pretty nasty to say the least. Just imagine a maple fretboard covered in blood, and some blood splatter on the headstock and body. I don't complain, I do whatever is necessary to get the job done
