Can you order SLO Special basses yet, or are they not out yet? If they are out how much would this cost?

you can order a SLO special.

any option available on an SR4 is available for order. stuff like active/passive - nope. no dice

My understanding is the narrow neck option is no upcharge.

They are out and available. Jack and I saw some at the Hollywood Guitar Center in August.

You can order them and they are out.
It is no additional cost as compared to a standard SR4.
Gold hardware only comes on special editions to my knowledge.
No passive option.
The price varies with your options.
Look at one of the retail sites (Bass Central, Perfect Bass, Drum City) and you can see retail and street prices for a variety of options - all three are showing SLO Specials in stock on their websites.
