Would anybody consider the possibility of replacing original MM Stingray active 3 EQ pickup with a SMD Bass Lines? (just pickup, not ciruitry...)

no, if you did that, my opinion is you would be downgrading your bass, not upgrading it.
If the SD Bass Line MM style pickup was better than the real Music Man pickup, then I'm sure all EBMM basses would ship with the SD Bass Lines.

The main reason I buy MusicMan basses is for the electronics package. I wouldn't change it.
