Sorry for the multiple posts, but does the upper horn look skinnier/elongated to anyone else?? Nasty!

Also: Is the neck unpainted???

The upper horn had to change due to the bigger body. It has to balance correctly for JP.

From BP's OP, it seems that this may be available in standard and BFR versions (scoop comment). He mada a hasty post without many details.

I read his comment to mean if you don't like it we'll still be offering the JP with the scoop and the BFR models.

Will it be available lefty?

Yeah this is what I thought. I don't think BP meant the JPX is a "package" to be applied to the other models (original and BFR). I can't see EBMM chambering existing models...

I cant wait for the "I like the old ones better" posts...you can still get the scoop on and bfr...we arent taking anything away ...this is just the latest in our collaboration

Well, I think one of the cooler things about this forum is the sneak peeks we get here about exciting new guitars.

I really appreciate the news and hope any negative comments don't spoil it for the rest of us when it comes to these kinds of previews.

Looks pretty cool, BP. Are they any plans to have this finish/black hardware on the BFR's?Or maybe just solid finishes on the BFR's?

Thanks for the sneak peek, Poppa.

I'm pretty surprised to see a blade switch instead of the toggle switch he has been using for over 20 years... Pretty significant change really.

Not crazy about the changes so far, but I will see how they settle after a bit. Always good to see new models and progression though!

Wow, looks awesome! The new switch looks interesting, I wonder why he changed it. What are the pickup combinations now? Chambering is definitely awesome as well. Love the color too.
