Just showed my wife this thread and her response was really cool. She said, "Wow, the EBMM company really are great people all around. They really do know how to take care of people don't they." In a day and age when so many other companies try and do things underhanded to get by, EBMM does the exact opposite. They simply bring top notch customer service and this is one of many reasons why I will always continue to support them.
A.J., you have also done an awesome job with Customer Service. I got the Bongo ordered with that pickguard. Just wanted to thank you again for going out of your way and finding it. It really does mean a lot to me and I can't wait to get this bass. EB/MM flat out rocks!
