Steam a bongo in in any color is a GIGGING machine.

Lots of these folks will tell you color matters. It only does if you don't have ears.

Every bongo has that sound that no other bass will ever have.

the one time I know.

I hear you, brother, the sound is what floored me, and it's the sound that has made the gas appear.

That being said, shelling out $1k +, the color matters to me. I do like the CAR, and I think the graphite would look sweet with a white shell guard. Tort/black is a winner, too. Getting a buttercream would rule!

Graphite Pearl is a very sweet color. As is CAR.

That is your deal totally but do not deny yourself a bongo.
