I don't want to worry you ADouglas, but the last bass I bought was scheduled for delivery end of April and appeared end of June,for a number of reasons, including shipping delay caused by volcanic ash!!! But it was all the sweeter when it arrived - and is now my number 1 player - and I survived the GAS!!!

Best bet is just forget it, make no plans in advance for it's use in specific gigs, avoid looking at certain forms of citrus fruit for the timebeing..................and keep playing the Bongos - they're sure to make you smile - the day the Big Al arrives you'll be overjoyed for sure.

Ive been waiting for my 4HH Ray for quite some time, but I tend to try and forget its on order as when it arrives it will be a nice surprise.

As far as I remember about my reflex production and long lasting waiting pain ...DOB is a date when bass is finished, checked and packed in the nylon bag, case and shipping box (DOB is on the box sticker)!

P.S. ...after that, bass was extremely quick shipped and delivered into the dealer's store, even I'm far away from the factory (air shipping)!
