Haha steve21, comments like that make me feel so happy with my purchase. The more I look at it, the more I realize that this particular flame is great.

JP liked it alot, but he said "what's that top called again..?". I said flame, and he asked if I was sure haha. BP, teach JP about figured wood!

The band was nice to meet, JM said he loves his EBMM's which was cool, and JP was really pleasant.

I got the guitar signed on the backplates, and the first coat of water-based clearcoat is drying right now. It looks great.

The BFR got plenty of attention at the signing. Huge crowd too, I got there at 9:15ish, so I was pretty early too.

So like I said, I had the band sign the BFR. I then took off the covers and gave them 4 coats each of Krylon clear gloss. I let it dry overnight, and now it's great!

I took a bunch more pics, in different lighting, trying to show the different appearances of the colour, depending on the lighting. I think some of these shots shows great contrast in the flame, making them look breathtaking. I still couldn't capture any normal lighting shots in focus, so it still looks different in person.

Please note that I did not alter any of the shots. Saturation, brightness and contrast were all left normal, so these shots are pure.
