Dargie Delights came from Dargin, Scott Ball, who had a Bongo bass painted in Logan Green. People wanted a forum special instrument, so BP (Sterling Ball) opened for if memory serves me right a 2 week window. The original Dargie Delights has martini glass inlays, and special marking on the back.

Thanks! That was the thread I hoped to find but didn't.

What a neat guitar, idea and story!

You know that original thread should be a sticky. I'm sure plenty have asked or wanted to ask that question.

glad to help!!

There is always some cool new things happening here. Stick around.

There is always some cool new things happening here.

No doubt. Just in the last year we've had the 25th/Reflex, the DD2, the HH AL, the Classic Bass series, the JPX, and koa added as an option on all of the JP BFR guitars. Is there anything I'm missing?

Plus, we've seen previews of some cool stuff like the Game Changer, roasted maple, and a couple artists have been added to the roster.

This is the place to be for exciting, new, GAS inducing gear.

The original run of Dargies was created with the purpose of making me weep whenever I see one because I don't own one.

The second run of Dargies was made to placate forumites like me, however mistakenly, as we'll never be fully satisfied.
