Good job, tommixx!

Something similar happens to me when I'm in a music store; people ask me things and they assume that I work there.

Man thank you so much for that! Now the GAS is nearly driving me nuts...I am looking everywhere to find a pic!! Do you happen to remember if it was absurdly light?...:D The only thing that worries me is weight. I have a degenerative bone disease and I can't take more than about 9.5 lbs. My SR5 is 9.1 lbs and is perfect weight and tone wise. Have the Big Als always had Mahogany bodies? Is it safe to assume that this one does? I have a feeling that this one has been there for about a year if the information that I got was reliable and that makes me a bit nervous. On one hand I am thinking what is wrong with it that it sits there for a year if it is a great bass??

I cannot recall the weight as I only played for a few minutes sitting down. As far as the body wood, the switch to mahogony was fairly recent, yours is probably alder (?).

Yes, the bass was there for quite some time, but when I took it down about 5 or 6 months back, the bass-guy said that was the first time he saw someone take it off the wall and play it.
