I knew Saturday that there would be no maple, but, sadly, failed to communicate this fact to Steve. I think there must be a fine involved.

Makes sense, though, when you think about it. Those inlays are just not going to look quite so fancy on maple.

No fine...many factors involved this weekend, my crapped out modem, NAMM, crappy cell phone reception when we did talk, some alcohol impairment on both sides etc....it's all good.
