JP seems to be ever changing the design of his guitar. I have a BFR JP6 and would love to try the JPXI. Just wondering what might be the next update. Maybe newer finishes???

Yeah, enough with the JP! Put some sparkle on other guitar! I vote for newer Steve Morse guitar with more features and upgrades (mainly I want the GC feature :D )!

i still think it's going to be tough to beat the tones and versatility of the JPX - the barolo one. I mean, I totally understand that the game changer is just that - a game changer, but man, the JPX just stuns me every time I hold it and play it.

They don't usually make changes to a guitar without the artist being involved. That being said, to me Steve Morse don't seem like a sparkle kind of guy.

The next JP will weigh 50 pounds so JP can workout and play at the same time.

What about 8 string JP?!
Nah, still I think that the World doesn't need a new JP model! Maybe a 7 string Luke or AL.

the jp is the most updated, because he is probably the biggest artist they have now.. and more importantly he keeps asking for changes to make it better (for him.) Steve morse has played the same #1 guitar forever, I don't dont know what Lukather does anymore (except ocassional toto tours) but he doesn't seem to need new features...

- but we all new this

that said, i would definatley like to see more color options (on all models, even at a premium. I remember the old website had like 40 finishes)

and i'd still love to see options from other JPs allowed to be used on all JPs.. for instance say black hardware on a JP6 white pearl w/ebony finger board, and stainless frets....

Or justs a white pearl / white sparkle finish on the JPX and JPXI (dont know which neck i like more yet)

guys we make tons of choices except for jpx and jp11

Now think about getting carried away at a keyboard because you like us and what we stand for...Making the tools an artist needs...Steve Morse is happy with what he has...if he anything different we would make it asap...same with albert lee and luke Luke does way more than a few toto shows look at his website he is on the road solo for months at a time and is doing very very we..

JP is a brilliant play person and he gets great guitar ideas....The next one we are working on is the most out there guitar we have ever made......
