BP said "Let's shoot for a November delivery!"

That was when we were talking about a 'forum only' sort of number, and I'd say that concept is long gone.

Which may mean the November date is also gone, but this is all just a guess on my part.

Maybe BP will chime in and say something like, "I said November and I mean November!"

Or maybe he'll say, "Timelines had to change based on volume of instruments."

Or maybe he'll say, "Would you like fries with that?"

I know this. I never bet against him.

They can take all the time they need to get it right.

I have had 5 EBMM basses and waited for each one.

I have NEVER been disappointed!

It will be worth the wait!

It'll show when it shows. I'm taking a zen approach to this. "What is the sound of one humbucker Bongo-ing."

Aye, this LE, which may prove to be scarce, costs less than the 05 and 06 LEs. This is a very generous gesture BP (salute).

Please don't make an irresistible 2007 LE. I wanna move back into my house eventually.

I'm sure I'm thinking crazy. So maybe not 'forum only' but 'primarily forum'?

Just don't let it get out that I was trying to talk you into charging more for the martini package, because, well, there goes my image.

Wait - do I have an image?

I know what you were doing with the martini olive green package and you know I know what you were doing and you also know I that you know...um, something.

So, um, delivery dates.

I, um, have to go.

All kidding aside, you are correct, jefe.

"I want to make this as affordable as I can." That is exactly what he said to me (and others, I'm sure) and it once again reinforced that this is not your average instrument manufacturer.

did part of the sales from the DD's go to CLB?

i heard that mentioned early on.

I can justify my order easier if it's for a good cause...

well that could mean here across the pond this bass for me is gonna be pretty special as it will be a christening bass. Isabel Jane Allanson (touch wood) is due 30th September.......might just be exploded with nervous excitement by then...

greatest of thanks BP for keeping prices down so us prospective parents can get our hands on something special....

Cheers Azzy, Jane was my mothers name, she died two years ago so in Celtic tradition we keep the name line going.

95% sure its a girl........but as the scan guy said they can get it wrong sometimes, but mostly correct.

As for the 28th .I am sure she will come when she is ready. If she is here on Oct 2nd, thats my birthday.:D

My kids (twins) were born Dec 22nd, two days before my birthday...they came home from the hospital on my birthday, also the day my wife gave me my first bass as a combined birthday/Christmas present a bit over 10 years ago. It's been a great past ten years!
