Off Topic So where did everyone and their EBMM play this weekend?

I was working at the pharmacy all weekend licking pill trays, so no gigs for me. However, I've got a double-header on Friday 17th with both bands (hooray, I get to open for myself!), followed by a gig on the 25th with Yellow9.

I wish I had more time to gig!

Special church services, 4 of 'em mostly with my newly dinged 25th, only one song on the old Strat and 3 on the Variax. Prayed for deliverance from the ding, it's still there.

An observation: since I got the Suhr Badger 18 with my old EV 12L, I have been liberated from all effects: I plug straight in with a Solid cable, crank up to the break, and control the distortion with the s/p switch and volume knob, instead of chorus,I use a little trem bar. I've found that this pure tone is all you need. I came to this conclusion this weekend. Should save enough on batteries to buy that Al bfr.
