The cocktail has been dreamt up for the Kentucky Derby....
Kevin’s new cocktail aptly named the ‘English Cherry Julep’ has the following ingredients:
60ml Woodford Reserve
5-10ml Sugar Syrup
10-15ml Luxardo Maraschino
4 fresh tender mint sprigs
Three English Cherries
To make your own ….
At the base of the glass muddle the cherries then add all the ingredients including the mint sprigs, then add a little bit of crushed ice and mix until cold. Add more ice to top up drink and garnish with 1 mint sprig and one English cherry with a stem on. Finally powder the top of the drink with sugar
