Is that the way it works at EBMM....somebody is assigned a guitar to build up per customer or am I mistaken.

If so I'm curious to know who is building mine and I'd like to just say hello and thanks for all the hard work I know you'll be putting into it just like all the others.

Here's a description......

It's an Axis, Tobacco Sunburst, Matching Headstock, and I paid the extra for the premium quilt top. The only things I really begged for were an ultra figured birdseye maple neck and fingerboard, a gun oiled / waxed neck, and the sickest, most quilt happy top you can get.

It's coming to New Jersey once finished and I ordered back in March.

Anyone........ANYONE.????

Thanks! ;)

Okay, maybe you can answer this question then since it seems you are in the know....

Exactly what takes so long? I ordered back in early March. I got a 12 week delivery date. I've been calling weekly since the beginning of June and get the same answer which is that it has not been started yet and to call back every two weeks which I do without change. I ordered three other guitars Custom this year and waited no more than six weeks max per instrument so I just don't get why there is such a massive holdup.

If you have any answers whatsoever I'd love to hear them. I wouldn't be so antsy but after I paid for this puppy in full and it wasn't delivered when specified I began to get a little worried and wonder if this is going to be one of those year or two wait things.

I have no intention of pulling the order because I really want this guitar bad. I just wish somebody maybe had even a clue or projection as to when it would even be started because like I said, after paying it in full at order inception I kinda feel like everybody got my money that I made good on but I never got the product.

If you could help in any particular way or maybe provide some answers I'd be very grateful.

Thanks A Million!
:)

The answer is simple. We have about 4300 instruments on order(before the NAMM show) I am sure there are several people ahead of you. As I said once before here, we are like Burger King. We don't make it until you order it. We do not have stacks of bodies or necks to pull off a shelf. We don't have the room for that. We are a small company compared to Fender or Gibson or whoever. We produce roughly 80 guitars a day...It takes time my friend. The result is the best production guitars for the $ that you can get. Be patient...You will get your guitar, and you will love it...I promise
