I love the feel of the rosewood neck. I very nearly got a Rosewood ASS with hardtail.

Rob, if I get one of these, I'm thinking along the same lines as you. Silo Spec or Luke, but I really don't know if I'm going to join in on this one. I feel like I should. I mean, there's only so much more rosewood left in this world. Right?

Having owned a rosewood MM90 ASS I can tell you the rosewood neck is something you must have!
+1, this shatters any regret I've had for selling my RW ASS less then 2 months after it came in when the lefty Pets were anounced. Probably the best thing my hands have ever held next to boobs of course ;) I am getting a JP6 in Egyptian Smoke, I think they will complement eachother perfectly, but Blue Ice is still lingering around in my head..any input on what would look better?

It's tempting, very tempting. I've been day dreaming about a Gold Roller or AL (MM90) with the BFR RW neck. I'm not a huge fan of maple fretboards. The idea of getting either of those wiht a RW neck & FB is...well, very tempting.

This is hard.

I am very tempted on many fronts.
Standard Silo, Silo Spec, AL, and the Silo Bass

I'll probably end up with none of the above as I can't decide... also waiting to see what 2009 LTD brings

I'll have to wait again until after the holidays for a new guitar so I guess I'll miss out. When you place an order do you need cash in hand or just a nice down payment?

But there will be a 25th model though, right? BP, anyway you can give us some goodies on the 25th while still in the RW ordering window? It might come down to one or the other!

I think the answer to that may depend on who you buy through. Call your EBMM dealer. I did put down a small amount of cash up-front on my two MM's.

I did the poor man's photoshop (cut and paste in Power Point) and the Gold Roller with the RW neck actually looks really cool. I did the same with that Ice Blue Silhouette ... and it looked really sweet too. Then again, it looked great on a BFR AL.

Decisions  I too want to see what the 25th Anniverary model is. I wish the window to buy the BFR RW Neck were a bit wider.

Would love to order one, I think an AL would be killer, but just cant do it in the small order window, just picked up the Silo bass, have one on order already with Pete, which will be cool BTW and cant sell the Morse, but I will enjoy seeing pics of the ones who do order:D

I will not be ordering a Rosie. I do love the look sadly I am not worthy of a new ebmm. I thought after a year of playing I'd be better but I need more time in the wood shed. I will enjoy the photos and stories of 'guitar day'

Am I the only one so far????? I probably will order 2, too good to miss out on! Might have to move on 2 of my current lot though to help finance them, I have too many anyway! Its possible I might look at selling my Dargie.

Rob,

Move some but do not sell the Dargie, I repeat do not sell the Dargie would be a big mistake take it from someone who knows, even though I would love to have your Dargie:)

I am trying to figure out how to make it happen, want an AL with the rosewood would just be awesome.

Rob, what Dargie is it? You probably shouldn't sell it.

Is anyone interested in the RW models simply because we can assume they will retain value better?
