Ok.. as you guys know I got my Bongo early this week.

So the play has been great! a couple of hours daily. The neck is starting to adjust to the climate here, and probably gonna send it in to a tech soon.

I just found out one thing. The 1/4'' jack is wobbly. Is this normal? I fear plucking out the cable from my bass, afraid i'll pull the whole damn output jack out!
Anyway I can fix it?

Thanks for the help guys! :D

Get a box spanner (not sure the size I think its either 12 or 13) and then gently tighten it. Simple as that.

Hmm. I'll try that. I've tried turning it very lightly. But to no avail.
The black washer and the jack seems very firm and tight tgt. It's both together that is kinda loose from the hole. When a cable is in there, I can wriggle it about.

Do i turn the black washer or the jack itself?

Have a look inside the control cavity if the actual socket its loose before you tighten it.

Then... call customer service.

I've fixed it! Everything is fine now. And I'm really blown away by how neat the electronics were. It's amazing. I've seen other basses with wiring all over the place and really messy. But this... it's perfect.
