Beautiful countryside, Spud. How far is that from your own home?

It's a little over 30 miles - takes about 50 mins to get there.

All it has is mains electricity. Water is from a natural spring - which tastes fantastic. The house is heated by wood burning stoves/oil fired heating.
Sewerage into a cess pit. It has a 13 century church nearby which escaped the ravages of the Dissolution of the Monasteries in the 16C, as it was so out of the way. Its situated quite close to the famous Rockfield Studios It really is a great place to "bolt" to!!

Very cool shots. The first one with you carrying the guitar looks sort of like "ho-hem...I'm heading out to the corner store for milk.....of course I might throw out a few licks along the way.

Need another one like that for the in the woods shot........sort of like carrying an axe to do some lumberjack work....... :D

oh....and love the BCB AL by the way!

Oh no that's not me carrying the EVH - it's my mate who owns the property - I was taking the pictures. He's double my waist size and my wallet size!!!;)

Cheers Jack - the BCB got me into EB guitars and it's a keeper.

My Mate (and don't forget he is a drummer!) liked the feel of the EVH out of all of them.

Hee Hee - you can always tell those people who don't read the first post ;)

The JP is around my mates house where we rehearse, so I didn't have it at the time to make up the 4. It's a shame really as the "quads" would have made a great family photo.

Smelly - take a look at yer amps thread - what is that amp next to the door? edit - got yer answer. I'm after a Blues Junior.

Nice to hear from you Travs ol' son

Once again - thanks for all the nice comments guys.

I played a jam night on Thursday and two other guitarists asked if they could try out my BCB AL which went (split) through a 5 watt Blackstar combo (courtesy of OlPlayer - cheers mate!)and my AER.
I'll post pics tomorrow.

Nice pics mate.

Only you would be stupid enough to balance your pride and joy on a rickety old roof on blocks of wood that don't look particularly safe either.

Are you making the trip to Musiclive this year?

See you soon mate.

El Diablo.
