Unfortunately, there is a school of mentality that if it's not a Gibson or a Fender, it's not a serious instrument. A total inaccurate and bull**** mentality, probaly the same group of guys who thinks Harley and american cars are the best vehicles in the world, sad but true.

The world is filled with obedient consumer drones/sheep which is why McDonald's, Walmart and "brand name" guitar companies thrive. The general public doesn't know any better and don't care to research their options.

Doug I believe GoKart Mozart summed this up perfectly. There are so many cork sniffing idiots out there that can buy all the pre CBS Fenders, 59 Burst Les Pauls, and BFR EBMM guitars they want, but what they cant buy is talent and skill.

There is one particular guy that gets into it with everyone on Harmony Central as he is a total gear snob and was degrading guys with Agile guitars until this one kid blew up and posted 3 minutes of himself tearing it up on his Agile and then called the guy out to post some music on whatever guitar he chose. The amazing thing was that the guy admited he was not much of a player but still had better guitars.lol But to be honest it shut him up.

I see this nonsense all over the place, Fender MIA vs MIM vs MIJ. Well in that area I am well schooled and during the 80s Fender MIJ was making the better guitars and I stopped getting into arguments with guys who dont know what they are talking about. Funny how the head of Fender Japan was voted into there Hall of Fame this year, and as the statement read for just about single handedly saving the company during that period.

I have even stated on here that it amazes me that the reviews the Sterling By Music Man guitars (which would what I believe be the entry level guitars) get not only in the magazines but in user reviews. I mean for a third of the price you are getting a guitar you can go gig and record with that plays like butter. To me it is almost like they are making them to good.lol

Doug you have 5 killer pro guitars and to go with them you have talent as a player and vocalist, life is good.
