Hey! NGD for me, I just got a purple sparkle Sterling Luke!

I was wondering if anyone has the specs on the pickups for this. All the ad copy says is '2 humbuckers'. Also, what strings does it ship with?

Here is the info about the strings.

I'd email Sterling Customer Service about the pickups.

You got it, let's see it!!

Small follow-up- I got a reply from the Sterling tech email about the pickups:
"We don't have a spec sheet on the pickups. What information are you looking for?"

Uh, anything? Well, if I replace them, I will measure the DCR and at least post that here for anyone else who is looking for any info. They won't get it from Sterling themselves, apparently.

They were able to provide me with a little info:
Neck: 7.59 KΩ
Bridge: 7.64 KΩ

I will also say that these are on the brighter, more scooped side. EQ would be something like (BMT) 5 3 8.

Are you happy with them? Or looking to replace them?
I haven't used them through my performing rig yet, just through my home one. I will be doing that this coming week. So far, they are a little bright, but I like that they are vintage output. If I don't swap them out, I might try to do a magnet swap on them.

Only Steve can handle 12k neck humbucker with a ceramic magnet lol. In my hand it was a total mess! haha

Hey everyone! Just wanted to chime in on the discussion about the 2025 Sterling Luke specs. It's awesome to see so many fans eager for details! I love how versatile these guitars are, especially with their neck profiles and pickups. Does anyone think the changes might affect its playability compared to previous models? I recently tried out an older Luke model, and while it was fantastic, I'm curious if these new updates will enhance or change that feel. Thanks for sharing all this info; it's really great to connect with fellow enthusiasts!
