Its a Lava Pearl Ray... trust me I own one just like it and I purchased it a little over a month ago, I'll try to throw a pic up when I get off work...

no i bet the color your talking about is "Orange Sparkle" I saw a used Ray at my local GC and it said it was a Limited Edition Orange Sparkle, it was the sickest color i've seen, it was sellin for like $1169 i think but i believe it's gone now. That bass is tottally worth whatever their sellin it for you should definitly buy it... Use GC's layaway, just need %20 down wich is like between $200-300 then i believe you just have to make a payment of no specified amount each month to keep it there for ya, i may be wrong but check it out. you know it's tottally worth it!

ok, so i called gc and asked them about it. he couldnt tell me the color name but he gave me a number which he said to be the color code. its: Music Man 110 29 11 05. anybody know what to do with that and what it means? thanks for all of your help so far. i think were close.

29 is lava pearl
11 is maple, matching headstock
05 is white pearloid pickguard

thank you very much dlloyd. well then. the mystery is solved. the bass is lava pearl. thank you guys for all of your help. keep your eyes open. you might see someone showin off a lava pearl ray one day.

Honestly, I totally forgot about it. I'll try to get on up today. Lava Pearl = Orange. Mine has come to be know as the "Pumpkin Ray."
