Soon to be discontinued colors?

I don't know if it's out of line to ask, but here it goes....

Will there be any colors discontinued this year?

I was just thinking of what options I wanted for my Sterling 5, and I came up with carbon blue pearl for my color choice. Thing is, I don't see many basses around with that color, and I started thinking about how unpopular colors go away.

I think it's a pic I saw of your bass that made me want the color in the first place.

I thought NAMM didn't happen until January? I hope I don't have to buy people smaller Christmas presents this year so I can get the bass I want. (just in case she's reading, just kidding hon! honest!!!!)

Cool! It's definitely a stunner, and looks awesome with the abalone! But a nice matte black would give it a more 'trad' vibe, too. So I guess in that respect it's fairly flexible! =] I imagine tort would look quite groovy on it too.... Anyone got any pics of a c.b.p. instrument with a tort p/g?

The colors we don't see much lately is trans orange, not a bad color indeed.
