Hello Everyone,

I had an EVH back in the 90's but traded it and haven't had a Ball in 10 years. I started gassing for one a couple of months ago and found one I really liked but the finances did not come together until this week.

I spent the last month or so reading this forum and catching up on these great instruments. I had forgotten how much I loved playing my EVH.

Well today I went and picked it up, and I have not put it down yet.

I love this thing! It plays so nicely and the sparkle is awesome!

Sorry for the lame pic, it's from my iPhone with poor lighting. I am definitely going to take some better ones tomorrow... after cranking it through my amps in the booth for a while.

That's a great looking guitar, and I bet it's a hell of a player! I never liked sparkle finishes until I saw Blue Dawn, now I love them.

Thanks!

It was NOS at a dealer on LI that really has a ton of nice guitars. The color is right between blue & green more blue maybe but only by a little. In fact, it looks like the aqua stripe on your couch in the photo. :D

The mm90's really cut nicely but are not too harsh. Great pickups.

What color is that ? Is it glacier blue? gremlin green ? I am guessing glacier blue. If you have not yet post that serial number in the official serial number thread and CS can tell you exactly what color it is and when it was built. Oh and if you ever decide to sell, contact "Headstock" via PM. :)

I don't know what it's called. I posted it in the serial # thread (thanks for the tip) and we'll see what CS comes up with...
