Spot The Mistake!

I figured since the guy was offering 3 Chris Squire lessons he'd say something like, "It's not a Rick!" :D

Also, what's the big deal about hitting 100 posts? Do you get a free bass or something?

OK...here's one:

This is a gorgeous Stingray I bought from Davtran about a year ago...

spot the mistake...

The obviuos difference is that the encircled "R" following "Sting Ray" is in the upper position. It should be in the lower position.

The one following "Ernie Ball" appears to have a dot rather than an "R" but that may be just the pic itself.

:D

>>>>If I had that bass I would have sent it back!

LOL. You'd probably kick yourself if you did. It's a 1976. The owner came across it in a small music store. Brand new, in its original packing box and unopened. It was sold to him as a N.O.S. I also bleeb he only paid the 1976 list price aswell.

One of those thing that only happens once in a lifetime :D

Crikey your more cunning than me! and you made me feel like Rolf Harris without a didgeridoo after that last bit of info about the 76 ray :(
