Really nice talking to Blind Lemon and boy has he got some great ideas!! :eek:

Blind Lemon was really busy, what with being short staffed but I had a great chat with him, and a cigar outside.

The Devil is just awesome - his is such a nice guy and serves EB guitars well - give him a rise I say so that he can afford a pint of Tetleys next time I see him.

He picked me out in the crowd and beckoned me up to duel - it was really packed out and I (honestly) did not want to get up.

Get up I did, and the Devil introduced me as an AL player - in all honesty BL offered me the use of an AL but I stuck with the SUB.

I was shaking like a leaf and stuck to about 3 licks - tried nothing fancy but had a blast!!

I'll post a video clip of it on Wednesday night - should be good for a laugh.

I met up with Dave Stockden earlier on but lost him later on - shame 'cos I wanted a few photos. Nice to talk though Dave. On the subject of photos I'll also be posting what I took on Wednesday. (One photo I'm gonna keep as a competition for the on line xmas party)

Finally - thanks Devil, thanks Pete for the ticket and your time,

Congrats on getting up there spud.you have balls il give ya that!

The Devil was going to call me up at the knucklehead bash this year if other had not got up before me...........thanks god they did!

Hey Spud, good meeting you again and you played great. You had a few more than 3 licks and it made for a really nice Sunday Blues ;)

Trolley, man you can shred, didnt realise you were a forumite otherwise I would have said hello!

It was a good show, also met DStockden later in the day and had a good chat with BL and Devil.

I thought the Devil went down to Georgia when he was looking for a soul to steal.:confused:
I guess he was in a bind and way behind so he was willin to make a deal :)

Looking good Sir Spud - I guess even the Devil fears being dueled with an AL:eek:

Looks like it was a good show, counting the days to LIMS 09.

Colinboy get all your excuses out of the way this year, you're getting up with Mr Devil nexy year....

I'll use my usual excuse of "You're kidding it's a free bar, that's wasting drinking time..."
