John Fogarty was the musical guest on Jay Leno tonight. His bass player was sporting a nice SR4.

A really good friend of mine is Fogarty's guitar tech.

I remember him saying "George got a new Music Man Stingray bass a week or two ago. It has been extremely popular with everyone...better tone and more presence. He sounds better than ever."

And lo, they are many.
But he's a good man, Tom Spaulding, and a mighty fine guitar player, to say the least. He's currently the main guitar player (besides his Fogarty gig) for Elizabeth Cook, and I assure you, she's the real deal.

I saw that SR4 and he had another one in a stand with a rosewood neck, stuff like that makes me smile, cause even though I suck and don't deserve it... I've GOT ONE TOO!!!

I saw John Fogarty a few months back at the HOB in New Orleans. His bass player was sporting a F*nder Jazz then. I'm glad to see he's got some new 'Rays!
