Nice pics! The dog is cute haha. I still highly suggest black pearl guard on that one. Tortoise would be fine on solid black, but I personally dont think it goes too well with black sugar.

Hey browndog, maybe you can cook something up to convince the gentleman here? hehe :)

Oh, Jeff already did, back when the roasted package was announced...his mock-ups convinced me to order the Morse!

Still don't know about the pickguard choice, I thought tort would be a good fit given the fact that it has those amber/gold hues but you guys really get me thinking!
I guess gold swirl would be the ultimate choice.

Did anyone do a side by side comparison with a standard morse against the roasted neck morse? If so, What are your thoughts on how different they might sound?
