St. Vincent different inlays

Is that an anomaly, or is it possible to order it that way?

That does seem like some sort of anomaly. To the best of my knowledge all STVs should come with the custom inlays, and dot inlays are not an option.
 
It was listed along side 2 others that have the expected inlays. Apparently this one is the only one left in that color now. I ordered one of the others :-)
