I've long been a fan of SS frets. I'm looking forward to trying out a JPXI somewhere to see how they feel. Something tells me I would freakin' love 'em on that guitar.

Burning the note? First thing that came to mind was Hendrix's intro in Foxy Lady, before the feedback..

Well, not quite.
It is similar to this analogy: Take a champagne/wine glass, wet your finger tip, then run your finger continuously around the rim of the glass until the note sounds. That "kinda" takes you there, same basic principal. Or better yet, just go "burn the note" on your guitar.

Do we have to wet our fingers before the note burning!? Could be kinda cool on stage!
