Hawtness. I've always wanted black hardware on a JP.

+1,000,000! I've wanted black hardware on a JP forever!!!! I'd still love to see black hardware on the new pearl white finish...

But, I agree that an ebony board would be the icing on the 'metal stealth cake'...

Hmmmm....the name doesn't work for me. Stealth implies that it is invisible, or will sneak up on you. I don't think that's the case! ;):D

Hmmm, you could always switch out the hardware to see what it would look like on different JPs....Neat!

So I have been lurking for a long while and decided to make my first post today...because I have just ordered a JP in stealth!!!!

I just love it...I know that the finish is hit or miss with most people but I just think it looks sweet!

Question???

Anyone have the BONGO in the stealth finish?

How does the black hardware hold up?

Does it wear away easily?

Just curious...I've always just had chrome hardware.

Thank-you in advance for any insight anyone can give.

Man, I can't believe there aren't any more pictures of this thing, being it was shown at Namm and all... here's one I pulled from another forum:

It does look cool. Although I bet that finish shows a crap load finger prints! :(

And an ebony board would compliment the rest of the body or at least a dyed fretboard.
