Just has more spank and richness is how I would put it, tone block makes a big difference.

No I took a gamble buying the 25th, glad I did, wasnt going to until I could test one but test not needed in hindsight, I had to give up my pinky to get the 25th, and I really loved the pinky, but really finding i am more of a humbucker guy.

How would you compare the new BFR with the Koa one?

Very similar actually, the KOA seemed to have more of a high end to it, this one has more growl, at least to me. Loved the KOA but in my jorney I have found I love the oil and wax maple necks, cant deal with any sealing on a neck.
