Sterling 4H OOO.MMM.GGG(Pics inside)

I'm a proud owner of a 1994 Stingray 4H for quite a while now but I needed more gear,you know how it is.Today was my first time playing on a MM Sterling,and I have no words to explain how good it felt to play on it,let's call it "divine".When you play an instrument that plays and sound and looks this good,we have no other choice than buying it.

So here it is,and do you guys think that I should put a black or black pearl pick guard on this baby,or maybe some other suggestions???

Congratulations. I've been playing Sterlings since they first came out; I love my Sterling 5 single H. I like that pickguard, no need to change it although the black or black pearloid would look great as well. I happen to like a stark contrast between finish and pickguard on EBMMs; it really makes the oval shaped pickguards stand out making them very easily identifiable as Music Mans.

Congrats! I saw the ad for this bass localy, and it was selling for a good price! Had one just like it and put an abalone pickguard on it, it gave the plue pearl a touch of extra class. These sound amazing, I'm saving up for a 5 string HS version myself.

Do you mean? 2004 sterling, I noticed the bridge is the new style and the nut is compensated, both newer modification to the line as of the 2000's.

Other wise it is a great looking bass, I love the classic single H in a sterling, the sounds you can get are second to none.

I would vote white ICE if its available anywhere to you.

Couldn't see how that bass was on the pics that you seen but when I took it in my hands I saw that it's like a new one...like absolutely no one ever played on it.
