I recently tried out a Sterling 5HH, as described in the title. I have to say that I can't get this bass out of my mind. The Satin Black neck was amazing. The profile was perfect, and the sounds......I wet myself right there in the store!
For this bass, I WOULD trade my beloved '94 Stingray4, natural ash on bird's eye. Even with the sentimentality of my SR4, I'd do it.

The black hardware and black pickup pole pieces....man, that bass was something else.

I have to say that I'm am very impressed with EB's innovation and daring moves lately. This is a guitar company that is one of the best in the biz right now.
