Hello. I am tweeking my Sterling AX40D. I just got my Cosmo Black Gotoh trem and locking nut today. Once I pull the sustain block off the Gotoh I am going to machine a new one out of Titanium. I replaced the 3 way switch with a switchcraft and replaced the volume with a push/pull pot. The only other thing I might change are the tuning keys. Does anyone know if someone makes a tuning key that would be a direct replacement for the sterling keys?
Thanks

I would imagine the Schaller ones would just drop in.

But unless you are changing them for the color, I am sure they are just fine. Plus they are more or less redundant with the locking nut.

I would like to match the cosmo black bridge and nut. I found these on the stewmac site. They look like they might work. 7100-CB Cosmo black.

Like I said before, all the hardware on these are indonesian but VERY high quality, nothing skimped. I would just do the neck and call it a day, they truly are great axes! With all the dough your spending you could almost get a real axis.
