Sterling by Music Man Ray 34 Ca Overview - YouTube

Yeah I know I just got a new Bongo..but I've been looking at the Classic Ray's too...and hell...the Ray34CA with that 1 1/2 " neck seems to be calling out to me...

The vid above is KILLER..you really get a good idea of the tone...

It's the same color as Jack's Ray34CA

Dig it..Some great playing here...

do YOU think these things are Hot?

i love the cream color

Yeah just based on how good my Ray 35 is they have to be great, his vid's are well done, great chops. I wish they would do a 5 string but when Pat was there he told me there weren't any plans for one. I think every finish is good but I agree Cream with a Tort guard works.

You know how you go through this honeymoon period with a new bass - and you just LOVE IT? And then a couple of months later, you're thinking, "I could sell this and get that."

And I'd be the last person to say there's anything wrong with that.

But I still pick up my Ray34ca and think, "This thing is just bad-ass."

And we're way past that honeymoon thing.

I just love how incredible it sounds in the Video...and geez...the price - I love the Classic, but what I really love about the Sterling CA is the narrow nut on a Classic Theme.

And the price is marriage friendly.
