My Vintage Cream CAFL just arrived this afternoon. Really nice bass. Great neck, solid MM tone, plenty of mwah, great pricepoint for a guy who's not a real fretless player but wants to be. Fun fun fun. Perfect setup right outta the gig bag (nice bag too).

Cellphone camera, excuse the quality. My intonation has a ways to go but I might drag it to a gig tomorrow night. If I sound bad, I'll just blame the drummer...

This really is a great idea for those of us who like the stingray bass, want a fretless version, but can't justify spending the regular stingray price on a bass that most of the time won't be played more than on a limited basis. Excellent idea and I bet more f these sell thans tandard stingray fretless basses.
