I now own 3 Sterlings & 2 of the cases seem to be faulty. Apparently the top(lid) portion has the neck cavity too open allowing the bass to slide out of position when upright(in the carry position).
My older Sterling had the problem but I figured maybe it was a little worn out because it was older BUT the brand new Sterling I bought today has the same problem with the case. I had to put a piece of foam in the neck pocket of the lid to stop the shifting.
Anyone else have this problem?
