Any information is appreciated. Received my Sterling Luke 100D today and am enjoying dialing in tones and learning the guitar. I wanted to ask about the Trem arm, as I have not seen this style of attachment before. Is it supposed to be so loose? Is it just a push / pull connection?

If you push the term arm down while looking from the bottom of the guitar up towards the top, you’ll see a small hole in the bridge where the whammy bar is inserted. Insert the correct size hex key into that hole and turn it clockwise (while still holding the bar down) to make the whammy bar tighter.

Welcome to the Brand Family 2526b!
There are two adjustment points on the SBMM "Vintage Tremolo" (which is what the LK100D is equipped with).

See my images below:

The 1.5mm hex head just to the right on the Tremolo Block adjusts the tension of the "side to side" of the bar

This 1.5mm hex head just to the right of the string pass-through holes adjusts the height of the tremolo bar.
The proper way to adjust this (outside of personal preference) is to actuate the push-push boost, then swing the tremolo arm over the knob, making sure you have enough clearance to use the arm when the boost is engaged.
I recommend using A.S.I. "Torque 22" Purple Low-Strength Threadlocker for both of these 1.5mm hex screws. This will keep the vibration of the instrument from gradually loosening up the screws, yet will allow them to remain movable. (I also recommend to use this on your saddle height adjustment screws).

There is no height adjustment for the JP Modern Tremolo. Only adjustable is the side-side tension with the 1.5mm hex screw on the side of the tremolo collar.
