sterling music man news for 2011

Hi folks, maybe it's a little bit earlier to ask, but will there be new models for the sterling by music man line in 2011?
i dream of a luke version or an axis ss version with maple fretboard and a vintage tremolo!!!!

Pat has been quite so you know they’re busy. Probably/maybe hear something at the end of December.

These are my guesses and only my guesses. I have no inside info:

JP70 - an affordable 7 string JP
AL HH - its a big EBMM seller, they’ve got to make it
New colours for the AX20 & AX40
Silo’s as is
JP50’s as is
No Luke - They could use clone EMGs but you would think they would want real ones and those alone are too expensive.

It's a great line. Some cool new stuff coming for 2011 for sure.
I just convinced one of my students to put his new guitar purchase on a JP50. After seeing me play mine, he's convinced.

I hope they make a JP seven-string. I would prefer it over the cheap Ibanez 7-string i've been looking at. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a guitar I'm not sure how many times i'll use, so I hope they make a 7-string SBMM JP.


(Don't yell at me for using the word Ibanez, I know how touchy you guys are on the subject)

I really hope SBMM will make alder versions of the Silo20 and Silo30. Also, a JP50 with the same tremelo as the EBMM one would be nice.

pat said that the AX20 will be discontinued, it will be replaced by a version with a bridge in a slightly different version (may be the tremolo version...) and it will appear in different finish (hope it will have a maple fret board)....

i' d like if it would have burst finishes (pacific blues burst, or honey burst...)
