New to Ernie Ball, just bought a Sterling by Musicman off of Craigslist earlier today. The bass sounds amazing and has the looks to match. The guy bought it for studio use only so it's barely even broken in. One problem that is bothering the heck out of me is the neck. All the parts are original but for what ever reason the guy took off the Sterling logo on the headstock. He said he did it because he thought it looked cheap. It's really bothering me to look up there and instead of seeing that awesome logo, I'm see a tan spot where it used to be. Question is, is there anywhere that sells replacement necks? Or as crazy as it may sound is there any way to put the logo back on, like sending it in the factory?
