Currently trying to wire up a SB14 bass with a preamp from a US Sterling. I am a tech at a guitar store and we are stumped. We get slight hiss when we turn the volume knob and a few noises if we poke at a few things. Already Emailed EBMM and SBMM customer support earlier this week to no avail. Trying to get this customer hooked back up and playing again.

Welcome to EBMM Forums.

Customer Service should be with you soon.

The pic you've posted is very blurred to be able to make anything out. However, It looks like you need a wiring schematic. The wiring of an SB14 could be (and probably is) different to an EBMM Sterling Bass as both companies are different.

The green side of the EBMM preamp board should have an identification number. I'm guessing your board is "MC054W". I've attached a pic of one below showing the number location on the lower edge. Quote that number (or whatever number is located there) to EBMM Customer Service so they can help with the correct schematic.
