Nice bass! As far as the dings go, if they weren't at least "mentioned" in the ad (I didn't see it) I think you have a right to at least mention it to the seller (in a non-accusatory way of course) but I've gotten many eBay purchases in over the years that did not meet my expectations condition wise and if it wasn't described as "Excellent, or super clean" or whatever then I just accept them and move on. If the ad didn't go into condition specifics then it's my responsibility to ask before bidding.

It looks pretty danged nice from here yet so do those toes...we can't see that one little black hair on the knuckle of 4th toe from the right.

I know you are right Steve. There isn't much I can say since she didn't describe it as excellent. I rummaged through the chick's feedback and saw that she bought it in January. The seller then described it as excellent. I then asked why she was selling it and she pointed me to her newly won auction for a Jazz bass.... which she is now selling. Who knows right. All is well that ends well.

Yes, it is an acrylic BC R*ch. I got it brand new on Ebay for $200 a few years back. It has awesome sustain.
