Sterling SUB Silo 3 guitar - my video review

This is my first video review. It is of my new Sterling Silo 3 guitar bought here in Australia that I put up on youtube under my michaelbackhouse channel. I thought it would be appropriate to post in this forum given the interest in this guitar and the lack of many video reviews of it. I hope it is useful.

Welcome aboard !

Very nice job. Very well done. It's nice to hear the guitar without any effect. Too many reviews on YouTube are made with high gain sound or a lot of effect, not a good way for appreciating the true sound of the guitar.

Sad to report that I emailed Sterling with a question about addressing an issue with the whammy bar, and despite sending a follow up email, have heard nothing. Despite liking the guitar, I am disappointed with their customer service and anyone buying a guitar from them, might do well to consider customer service, as well as the guitar. I will update this post if there is any change.

Have you tried calling them? Contact info is in the sticky thread. It's pretty easy for emails to get filtered and/or missed but hard to miss a phone call.

I'm in Australia so can't ring. However one of the other forum members has kindly agreed to pursue the matter directly with Sterling on my behalf.
