What do you guys all think? Dual concentric control pot and relocating the bridge humbucker toggle switch really makes this guitar for me now.......... :D

Yep, it's the official Morse blue-burst. It initially shipped with the black pickguard, but I wanted a white one instead so I had one made.

I love goofing around with guitar electronics; if you know what you're doing you can get so many different sounds out of your guitar, although this didn't really modify anything except for the pot...........

Nice! Like that pickguard.

I've got a dual concentric pot in my Morse as well. I put in a piezo and needed another pot ... those things are really handy.

I also relocated that toggle switch because my picking hand kept slamming into it.

Much more user-friendly where you have it now, IMHO.

I love it.

Brilliant.

One of my only reasons for NOT owning one was that confounded switch in the middle of the pickguard....

You've definitely got me thinking now...

If you've played the guitar and love all the pickup combinations, don't let that bridge pickup selector hold you back for a second. Just go to Pickguard Heaven and order a pickguard with all holes drilled except for the bridge selector, volume and tone controls. It's pretty cheap, and then you can relocate what you want to where it fits you best. If you noticed, I also moved the volume control further back and out of the way since I didn't like it's placement either.

I cannot put this guitar down now! What's weird is that since I played the guitar for a couple weeks with the pickup selector in it's original position, I almost got used to it and was looking for it there after i modded it! That definitely doesn't make me want to leave it there though; i think the new location is much more functional for me. It's all about personalization........

I love reading stuff like this. If you don't know how to do it your self then hopefully a place like this can help. Go Rock Out with your 1 of a kind EBMM "Custom" Guitar.
