Hey guys and gals,

Just watched a clip on youtube of Steve Morse playing his no 1 on a rendition of somewhere over the rainbow. Vid Quality & sound not that good but it is good enough to appreciate and wish I had been there. Only last night too. Wish I could get a decent pro copy of that I could watch it again and again.

Yep, the man can play ;)

Think Pete was gonna catch this show ?? Would love to hear from anyone who was there

Take a look and enjoy

Cheers

Amazing as always! I wish I was able to make it that evening. Either way, Steve is a master anywhere he goes and plays with.

Isn't it great to experience a master outsidemof his kitchen and listen to his skills?

I was such a pleasure to watch and listen to BP!! The LP Trio music is what my parents listened to when I was growing up. So to see my Hero play with them was way too cool!!
Plus if that wasn't enough for me!
Steve and Tommy were nice enough to add some Bling to #25 on top of this!! You guys are the Best!!

Baz, it was an awesome show! It's always a good time seeing Steve in action. I missed the first set (had to work in CT until 6, it's a 2:30 drive there), but arrived in time for the second set. After a few solo songs from Tom Foley and 4 or 5 songs from the trio Steve Morse made his entrance. He came out with guns blazing and simply ripped into the first song. I recognized most of the songs but it has been so long since I've played them in highschool jazz band I have forgotten the names.

Steve nailed simply everything. One of my buddies took the drive with me and his jaw was on the table for the entire set, he was flat out amazed at what Steve and the other musicians were doing.

If/when Steve makes another appearance at the Iridium, I encourage everyone who can get there to make sure they don't miss the show. It is a small club with capacity of 180, and along with the great music they have great food!

Jim,
I wish I had seen you there, I would have loved to check out #25! We had #4 backstage.

I wish I could have been there, but I felt privileged that I was able to attend the first two nights' performances.
