Hey fellow forumites,

I saw this auction on ebay:

Ernie Ball Music Man Steve Morse Model SM-Y2D - eBay (item 220465341175 end time Aug-15-09 13:55:24 PDT)

Other than the fact that the seller only has 14 feedbacks, is there anything wrong with this guitar?!?!?! It seems like a a great price.

Its for "bid", not "Buy Now".

The "Buy it Now" seems like a pretty good price.

its a pretty good deal, but its up to you and how you trust the seller from his "Feedback".

Looks pretty good to me. Killer guitar and that's a great price.

Looks like a killer deal with almost no time remaining as I type this less than 2 hours and no bids. Seller has no feedback on eBay attributed to sales, all from purchases. Nice guitar - nice price, would be tempted at this point to enter a straight bid of the actual buy it now price. This likely would remove the buy it now as an option and force others to bid against you. If no one else bids you'll likely score it lower than the buy it now. If you enter your max bid at the buy it now price, you will never pay more than that, but theoretically could get out bid and loose the guitar at that price.

For what its worth I also noticed this is located in Canada, not sure where you are located. Don't know if you pay an import tax on that if imported into the USA?

I am located in the USA. I decided not to bid, 1) import tax reason (wasn't sure about it!) and 2) As good as the price was, I didn't have the proper funds allocated.

Perhaps another time!

It did go for under 1K as well which was a steal for that guitar, it was a beauty!
