Sticky Y2D knobs

Hey Folks. The knobs on my Y2d are kinda hard to turn. Is there any way to make them a bit looser? I tried one in the store and the knobs on that one were really easy to turn.

Any help would be appreciated,

just check to see if they're not pushed down and rubbing against the body?

Mine were the same way. Just twist back and forth a few times. They'll loosen up with use

Mine have also been pretty stiff since the beginning...the tone knob has gotten better and the volume a bit as well. I think the pots just vary. I much prefer to have a nice solid pot than a flimsy loose one where they almost turn by themselves (I hate that).
