.....to get this beauty back after 10 years! The stupidity of trading it in on a LP all those years ago. Boggles my mind. So great to get a second chance :). Just love playing it. Got the frets leveled, crowned and polished. Now it REALLY plays like a dream. Thought I'd share the Love for my Reflex on this fine Saturday morning here in the U.S....... :)

took my gold reflex out for rehearsal for the first time in .... I think... 2 or 3 years.
almost forgot how cool it is. I play in a Blues/Bluesrock band with much dynamics and not a lot of overdrive. Though the pickups are a bit hotter it worked very well. Was a lot of fun.
So congrats to you and your new old love :)

I had that same color Reflex but with a Rosewood fingerboard. Really miss that guitar and wish I wouldn’t have sold it. Congrats on getting yours back!

As we have a few reflex users here, please allow me to post a question.
As said above, I did not use my reflex alot in the past years and now opened the back because of a loose tone pot and a loose jack.
I discovered also a loose ground wire: it begins where the yellow circle is and ends where the green circle is.
I assume it has to go to the screw in the red circle because there are some marks in the black finish. Does it ground the cavitiy plate, which is from metal?
Can someone confirm this?

Thank you!!

What Beej said. Mine grounds to the plate screw and yours should as well. There's a little indentation on mine as well where the wire goes across the body. Did I mention I Love my Relfex? :) It's such an awesome guitar.
